<p>The invention relates to an air guiding element (1), especially an air guiding channel for a motor vehicle, comprising a plastic reverberant channel body (2) wherein at least one wall region is replaced by a sound-absorbent component (10, 11) which has an at least partially free outer side. The aim of the invention is to be able to economically produce one such air guiding element with the same, or even an improved, acoustic efficacy. To this end, an edge region of the sound-absorbent component (10, 11) is extrusion-coated with the plastic of the channel body (2), such that the sound-absorbent component (10, 11) is connected to the channel body (2) at least in sections along its periphery in a positively engaged manner.</p> |
