The strap (3) is fitted with an elastic hook (4) at one end to be attached to the ring located at the pacifier. The opposite end comprises a clip (2) made all of a piece of a wide strip of rubber (5), bent double and held in position by a swivel bow (10). The front edges of the clip (2) are rounded, the inner surfaces ribbed (8) for a better grip. The edge of a garment can be inserted between the upper (7) and lower element (6) of the clip (2) and the bow (10), accommodated in a transversal groove (11) at the lower element (6) with its lower segment (12), swiveled to the front and locked in one of several transversal ribs (15) at the outer surface of the upper segment (7).
