PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unauthorized use prevention device in a working machine capable of preventing a hydraulic lock from being operated when there is the possibility that a institution is destructed by a front attachment 3a and an equipment body 1 in the case work making use of the equipment body 1 of a hydraulic backfoe is carried out in the vicinity of the institution such as an ATM or the like. SOLUTION: A present position of the equipment body 1 is detected by a GPS control system, in the case it is decided that the present position to be detected is in a work prohibition area to be previously set, and since the hydraulic lock is made to prevent the institution from being destructed, in the case it is traveled by getting out of the work prohibition area, it is controlled so as to release the hydraulic lock so that it can quickly get out of the work prohibition area.
