<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain service records when a worker works in another place of work for assistance. <P>SOLUTION: When the worker works for assistance, clock time (leaving time) of a clocking terminal installed in the home place of work of the worker is kept in sync with clock time (attendance time) of a clocking terminal installed in a place of work for assistance. A movement time between both places of work is included in work in either of the places of work.
