<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step-up converter device that can miniaturize a noise filter for removing carrier components, has a small number of circuit elements, and is efficient. <P>SOLUTION: The step-up converter device comprises: a step-up converter of positive voltage output composed of a first inductor 12, a first semiconductor switching element 11, and a first reverse current preventive semiconductor switch 14; a step-up converter of a negative voltage output composed of a second inductor 13, a second semiconductor switching element 10, and a second reverse current preventive semiconductor switch 15; a smoothing capacitor 16; the noise filter 21 for removing carrier components; and a gate controller 19 for controlling the first and second semiconductor switching elements 11, 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
