PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional code estimating devices being unable to have estimated a code when a plurality (not necessarily limited to integer) of information symbols exist in one frame, has no means of enhancing the S/N and can have only estimated only prepared finite nonlinear code sequences. SOLUTION: A correlation fluctuation detection frame correlation detector 1 takes autocorrelation by a correlation width for a prescribed signal period, as to a reception signal and detects a length of the frame, by using the integral value of the absolute values of fluctuations of the correlation values. A 1st frame spread signal decoder 2 cancels the signal component of an information symbol from the 1st frame signal, with respect to the received signal to strike off only the signal component of a spread code. A 2nd frame spread signal decoder 3 cancels the signal component of an information symbol from the 2nd and succeeding frame signals, to make only the signal component of the spread code float. An inter-frame spread signal averaging processing unit 4 discriminates the code of the frames in the unit of chips and provides an output of the result as the spread code. |
