An apparatus for trimming a voltage is provided to generate a constant supply voltage regardless of temperature and process variation of a transistor, by applying a bulk bias voltage to the transistor transferring a divided voltage of a first voltage generated in a voltage generator to an output node. A trimming signal generation unit(200) outputs a plurality of trimming signals, and enables one trimming signal in response to a specific mode. A voltage trimming unit(400) generates a plurality of divided voltages by receiving a first voltage, and outputs a reference voltage by transferring the divided voltage to an output node in response to a bulk bias voltage and the trimming signal. A bulk bias voltage generation unit(500) generates the bulk bias voltage varying in response to the level variation of the reference voltage.
