An apparatus for trimming a voltage of a semiconductor memory is provided to restore a desired voltage level to a level before trimming selectively without additional voltage trimming. A voltage trimming signal generation unit generates a control signal to trim at least two kinds of signals into a fixed level selectively or to initialize the two signals into a state before trimming according to a voltage trimming test signal. A voltage trimming unit(400) trims a voltage corresponding to the control signal into a level corresponding to the control signal, or bypasses the voltage.
