A standing wheelchair is provided to make a seat frame and a back frame stood at once by the operation of a converting lever that is installed on the seat frame in a lever structure. A standing wheelchair includes a hub frame(10), a couple of wheels(40), a seat frame, and a back frame(30). A shaft bracket is formed on one end of the hub frame. The wheels are installed on the shaft bracket. The seat frame is hinge-coupled to one position of the hub frame. The back frame is hinge coupled to the upper end of the seat frame through a hinge bracket. A link structure that is interlocked by the operation of a converting lever is formed between the hub frame, the seat frame and the back frame to make the seat frame and the back frame be unfolded in a standing position.
