PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle body damping structure capable of effectively suppressing a torsional vibration of the vehicle body. SOLUTION: In the vehicle body damping structure 10, a resonance frequency fe of the torsional vibration of an engine hood 32 is matched with a resonance frequency fb of the torsional vibration of an automobile vehicle body B by adjusting support rigidity for the automobile vehicle body B of the engine hood 32 covering an engine room E disposed in the front of a cabin C from the upper side.
