<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document printing system, a document printing program and a document printing method by which user's management of document data is not required. <P>SOLUTION: A printer 100 itself confirms the version of the newest document data accessed and stored in a document server 200 and that of document data stored in the printer 100 itself, and when these versions are different from each other, the document data of the newest version are downloaded from the document server 200 and the document data stored in the printer 100 itself are updated.
