<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional rising apparatus is incomplete as an apparatus for increasing an awakening degree when rising since light control matched with a sleep state is not taken into consideration at all, a light quantity lacks and full awakening is impossible in the case of being in a deep sleep state at the illumination start time for instance, and there is the risk of awakening before the set time in the case of being in a light sleep state inversely. <P>SOLUTION: If the illuminator is used, by adjusting the lighting time of an illumination and a light control degree at each lighting time matched with a sleep stage, the difference of the awakening degree when rising due to an individual difference and the sleep state is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
