PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urea grease composition having excellent heat resistance and extreme-pressure property. SOLUTION: The grease composition comprises 0.5-15 mass% polyurea compound, 3-30 mass% calcium carbonate having 0.01-20μm average particle diameter and 1-20 mass% at least one solid lubricant selected from polytetrafluoroethylene and graphite, in at least one base oil selected from mineral oils and synthetic oils having 1-2,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s dynamic viscosity at 40°C.
