A honeycomb interior material and a panel having the honeycomb interior material are provided to exhaust gas generated when hardening thermosetting resin easily and to prevent breakdown caused by expansion of a honeycomb interior material by having a gas outlet. A panel(10) comprises panel materials(11,13) coupled to the side of a honeycomb interior material, and a honeycomb interior material(15) coupled between the panel materials and composed of a honeycomb paper interior material body(15a) made of paper and formed in the honeycomb shape having the hexagonal or rectangular cross-section, and a gas outlet(15b) formed on at least one side of the interior material body to exhaust gas generated when hardening materials for hardening purpose from an inside space(15c) to the outside.
