A duster attaching unit of a vacuum cleaner and a forming method thereof are provided to prevent a velcro member from separating by fixing the velcro member between a supporting member and a cover member. A duster attaching unit of a vacuum cleaner comprises a velcro member(242) in which a duster is attached, a supporting member(246) for supporting the velcro member, and a cover member(244) for wrapping the velcro member. The velcro member is attached to one side of the supporting member. A guide unit is placed at the velcro member and the supporting member to guide the assembling position of the velcro member and the supporting member. The guide unit consists of a guide groove in which the velcro member is penetrated, and a guide projection(254). The guide projection protruded from one side of the supporting member to the outside is inserted into the guide groove.
