PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device of a slot-in system capable of coping with the disks of different diameters and surely mounting the disk to a spindle motor while thinning the device. SOLUTION: The inner tray 40 has at least three disk holding parts for supporting the disk. The first disk holding part is constituted of a load lever R41 for which a disk abutting part 41A is turned, and the second disk holding part is constituted of a selection lever 42 for which a disk abutting part 42A is moved back and forth. The disk abutting part 41A of the load lever R41 supports one side end part of the disk, while the disk abutting part 42A of the selection lever 42 supports the rear side part of the disk, and the rear side stop position of the selection lever 42 is changed by the turning position of the load lever R41.
