CELL EVALUATION METHOD, CELL MEASURING SYSTEM, AND CELL MEASURING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of performing quickly with high reliability, stage determination in a cell cycle of cells. SOLUTION: The cell evaluation method has (a) a step of acquiring an image reflecting a chromosome state in a cell, (b) a step of measuring and calculating the first parameter corresponding to the chromosome state based on the image, and (c) a step of determining a stage in the cell cycle of cells based on the first parameter. The first parameter includes a shape parameter originated in the shape of the chromosome, and a texture parameter originated in a texture of the chromosome. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
