<p>New organo-modified siloxane compounds (I) have terminal di- or tri-organylsiloxy groups linked by a linear or branched siloxane chain comprising mono-organylsiloxy group(s) and di-organylsiloxy group(s), with organyl groups selected from linear or branched, saturated or mono- or poly-unsaturated 1-20 carbon (C) alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl and aralkyl groups, and optionally polyoxyalkylated organyl-siloxy group(s) and/or organyl-(triorganylsilylalkyl)-siloxy groups. New organo-modified siloxane compounds are of formula (I): R 1>linear or branched, saturated or mono- or poly-unsaturated 1-20 carbon (C) alkyl, (alkyl)aryl or aralkyl; R 2>1-20 C alkylene; R 3>oxyalkylene group of formula -(CH 2) k-O-[(CH 2) a-CH(R 6a)-O-] na-[(CH 2) b-CH(R 6b)-O] nb-R 3a (II); R 3a, R 6a, R 6bH, preferably Me and/or Et or another group, which may be branched, branched and/or aromatic and/or may have heteroatom substituents; R 4>R 1>, -R 2>-Si(R 5>) 3, R 3> or H; R 5>1-20 C alkoxy in at least one case, rest 1-20 C alk(en)yl, alkoxy or aryl(oxy), preferably MeO and/or EtO; k : 2-11; a, b : 1-4; na, nb : 0-50; (na + nb) : 1-50, with random or block arrangement of the oxyalkylene units; n : 1-20; m : 1-20 or may also be 0 if R 9> is -R 2>-Si(R 5>) 3; o : 0-20; p : 1-200 An independent claim is included for aqueous formulations containing (I).
