<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell, and its manufacturing method, with a conductive material interposed between a porous current collector at least at an air electrode side and an inter-cell separator and with a stable output maintained. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell 100 has a structure laminating a plurality of unit cells with an interposition of inter-cell separators 211, 212 made of metal (a heat-resistant alloy such as SUS430). Each cell is provided with a power generating layer having a solid electrolyte layer 11 (fully stabilized zirconia such as ScSZ), a fuel electrode 12 (Ni and ScSZ or the like) fitted to one face of the solid electrolyte layer, and an air electrode 13 (La<SB>1-x</SB>Sr<SB>x</SB>MnO<SB>3</SB>or the like) fitted to the other face, a conductive material (silver or the like) is made interposed at an interface of the inter-cell separators and the porous current collector, and the conductive material is made infiltrated into at least a part of a gap of the porous current collector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
