A preparation method of odor remover is provided, which has excellent resolution effect about the acidity bad smell material and high bactericidal action. A preparation method of odor remover of optical catalyst-wood vinegar comprises: mixing the titanium isopropoxide and isopropanol and dropping the mixture in the distilled water little by little; adding the nitric acid; preparing the titanium dioxide sol while stirring at 60-80 deg.C and evaporating; and aging while stirring and dropping titanium dioxide sol in the vinegar and bamboo liquor and maintaining at 60 deg.C.
