A manufacturing method for a paper coating agent is provided to absorb the toxicity of agricultural chemical remaining in agricultural and marine product to neutralize, due to an adsorption effect of the mineral and to prevent the generation of the unnecessary smell by absorbing the irritating odor. A manufacturing method for a paper coating agent comprises a step(S10) of gathering the mineral of serilite, chlorite, illite, and zeolite etc; a step(S20) of crushing the collected minerals to have coarse particles, injecting them in a drying furnace after removing impurities, and enough drying the moisture contained in the mineral while adding the heat of 450~550‹C; a step(S30) of pulverizing the dried minerals and filtering them with a sieve to maintain particle size more than 1500~2000 mesh; and a step(S40) of evenly mixing acrylic emersion 86~90 weight %, 4~5 weight %, chlorite powder 3~4 weight %, illite powder 2~3 weight % and zeolite powder 1~2 weight %. |
