An optical information recording apparatus, an optical pickup, an optical information recording method and an optical information recording medium are provided to reduce the burden of servo control by recording a record mark, the size of which is determined by the first beam, on the target position even when the focuses of the first beam and the second beam are not aligned completely and the focus of the second beam does not collide with the target track accurately. An optical information recording apparatus comprises a first beam collecting section emitting first beam to an optical information recording medium, a first focus displacement section which shifts the focus of the first beam, a second beam collecting section which makes a second beam collection angle smaller than a first beam collection angle, and a second focus displacement section which shifts the focus of second beam so that the second beam collides with a target track where a recording mark has to be formed about both sides of the optical information recording medium.
