A safe shredder is provided to allow the blade to stop if the hand of human is put into the paper input hole, thereby improving the safety. A safe shredder comprises a box-shaped case which is provided with a paper input hole(110); a cutting devices(200) which is provided with a plurality of cutting blades(210) and a pair of cutter shafts(220); a wasted paper box(300) formed at the lower part of the cutting device; and a plurality of heat sensors(130) formed at the projected guide(120) of the surrounding of the paper input hole.
