PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll screen device for a clean room, which can prevent fine particles such as dust from being discharged to the outside thereof even if an opening/closing means such as a curtain makes contact with the other member during opening/closing operation such as rolling-up/down of the opening/closing means and generates the fine particles. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the roll screen device for the clean room, elements that can generate fine particles such as dust, including a sheet-like curtain means having one end thereof wound on a winding shaft and the other end thereof moving in an opening section for opening/closing the same according to a winding state thereof, an opening/closing control means for controlling the opening/closing movement of the curtain means by rolling the winding shaft such that the curtain means is inserted into/drawn from a slit-shaped port opening formed in a peripheral edge of the opening section, and a guide means for guiding both lateral ends of the curtain means inserted into/drawn from the slit-shaped port opening in a manner pinching the same, are housed in a housing means, and air in the housing means is exhausted by an exhausting means.
