PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior composite sheet which has both of a thermal insulation function and a moisture absorbing and releasing function, enables easy execution, enables execution of an existing underlayer as it is, and is suitably used especially as an underlayer sheet for an interior finishing material. SOLUTION: Water-absorbing nonwoven fabric or paper is laminated on both surfaces or one surface of foamed resin sheet, and the composite sheet is stuck to an underlayer with an adhesive so that a layer of the water-absorbing nonwoven fabric or paper is always disposed outside.
