SOIL TREATMENT EQUIPMENT AND SOIL TREATMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soil treatment equipment and a soil treatment method which can effectively decrease the pH of treated soil treated by being mixed with a lime treatment material. SOLUTION: This soil treatment equipment decreases the pH of the treated soil which is treated by being mixed with quick lime or the lime treatment material as an additive material mainly composed of quick lime. The soil treatment equipment comprises: an agitating device 19 for agitating the treated soil; an air vent 101 which is provided at the outer wall of the agitating device 19; a gas cylinder 200 which serves as a supply source of pH adjusting gas as a carbon dioxide or mixed gas mainly composed of a carbon dioxide; a gas introduction passage 300 for introducing the pH adjusting gas from the gas cylinder 200 into the agitating device 19 by connecting the gas cylinder 200 and the air vent 101 to each other; and an exhaust hole 102 which is formed at the outer wall surface of the agitating device 19.
