PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat generation of a motor in a hopper gate driving device for a combination balance. SOLUTION: The hopper gate driving mechanism for the combination balance includes a servo motor, a hopper for temporarily holding and discharging a measuring object, a hopper gate attached to a discharge port of the hopper, and a decelerating mechanism for transmitting the torque of the rotation axis of a servo motor to the hopper gate to turn the hopper gate.
