PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the temperature of the liquid in a reaction container without increasing the cost of a disposable reaction container plate. SOLUTION: A temperature measuring container 6 is provided in the vicinity of the reaction containers 5. Each of the temperature measuring containers 6 has the same shape and volume as each of the reaction containers 5 to house a temperature measuring liquid 8 in the temperature measuring containers 6. The upper surfaces of the temperature measuring containers 6 are hermetically closed by a hermetically closing member 16 through which a member having a sharp leading end shape can pierce.
