PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation circuit capable of performing temperature compensation of a physical quantity sensor with a comparatively simple circuit constitution. SOLUTION: The temperature compensation circuit is characterized by compensating an offset voltage temperature characteristic of a physical quantity sensor having a secondary temperature characteristic based on a temperature characteristic compensation signal shown by a polygonal line comprising two straight lines having one refraction point.
