PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device capable of restraining an occupant from having a sense of incongruity, by adapting acceleration of a vehicle to the physical condition of the occupant, when the occupant operates an operation device. SOLUTION: This driving force control device includes: a driving device for generating thrust for propelling a traveling body; the operation device operated by the occupant of the traveling body; a target acceleration determining device for determining target acceleration in the traveling body based on an operation state of the operation device; a controller for controlling the thrust generated by the driving device based on the determined target acceleration; a target acceleration calculating means (Step S2, S3 and S4) for changing the target acceleration as an exponential function to the operation state of the operation device; and a physical condition determining means (Step S1) for adding the physical condition of the occupant as a parameter when changing the target acceleration as the exponential function.
