PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method without the need for digging-up of the ground, capable of performing work even in a narrow place, and capable of efficiently performing construction even with few man-hours and in a small scale. SOLUTION: A pile hole 5 is formed along a foundation 4 of a structure 3 by a boring machine 6, and a pile 7 is inserted into this pile hole 5, and the inserted pile 7 is erected on the ground surface 2 by a hydraulic jack 9. A pressurizing power jack 11 is installed on the foundation 4 via a fixture 10, and bearing power is imparted for supporting weight of the structure 3 by pressing the pile 7 in the ground surface 2. A pile pressing power jack 31 is installed on the fixture 10 so as to be arranged above the pile hole 5. The structure 3 is lifted by reaction by applying downward pressing force to the pile 7 having the bearing power by the pile pressing power jack 31, and a filler Mc is filled and hardened in a clearance S generated between the foundation 4 of the lifted structure 3 and the ground surface 2, and the horizontal height of a structure 3 is corrected.
