<p>The invention relates to a method and an installation for providing information on speed limits, this installation being used in railway passenger cars or other vehicles for tranporting passengers. The installation operates a number of relay contacts, depending on the car running speed. The provided contacts are used in the electric scheme for actuating the car, by providing: door blockage upon descending, if the car does not stop; access door operation blockage, at a speed of 5 km/h; closure of doors which remained open, at a speed of 15 km/h. The installation allows the modification, by the soft, of the speed limits and provides a variable number of normal closed or normal open relay contacts, for various speeds.</p> |
