A laser module package and a display apparatus using the same are provided to uniformly keep operating temperatures of element configuring a laser module by a micro heater or a heat conduction element, thereby maximizing an operating temperature range of the laser module. A pumping light source(110) generates and outputs a pumping beam. A laser medium(120) converts and outputs the pumping beam outputted from the pumping light source. An optical crystal(130) converts and outputs an infrared beam converted by the laser medium into a laser beam of green wavelength. A micro heater(111) is thermally combined with the pumping light source. The micro heater controls the pumping light source so that an operating temperature of the pumping light source is kept at a preset target temperature.
