The lock finds application for locking of doors, steel cabinets, and electric boards. It makes use of a locking master system of open type on three or more levels, the lowest level can serve an unlimited number of users. The lock comprises a box (1) having two independent locking assemblies (2), mounted to it, including a safety lock with a gear wheel (3), gear rack (4) and pivot lever (5). The latter connects rack (4) to the common locking tongue (6) having mounted on it a column (7) of driving vertical levers (8). One of the independent locking assemblies (2) includes a safety master lock, and the other one - a conventional master lock.
