A method for treating the patients with the pain syndrome due to reactive inflammatory process with degenerative and dystrophic alterations in the lumbar-and-sacral backbone division with paravertebral ultraphonophoresis of Olfen gel with output capacity of 0.4-0.7 W/cmin continuous mode for 8-10 minutes, with 10-12-day course of the treatment interrupted for weekends.
