PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump allowing a discharge cylinder and an suction cylinder to be formed at a desirable position. SOLUTION: The diaphragm pump performs pump action by the expansion and contraction of a plurality of pump chambers 20. The diaphragm pump includes an outer lid body 3 configured by integrally forming a suction cylinder 31 for sucking fluid and a discharge cylinder 32 for discharging the fluid, a plate-like packing member 4 that closely contacts with a lid back face 3b of the outer lid body 3 and has a plurality of suction through-holes 41 and discharging through-holes 42, and a middle lid body 5 whose outer face 5a closely contacts with the packing member 4. A shared suction path 30 is formed at a lid back face 3b side of the outer lid body 3 so as to be recessed for communicating with each pump chamber 20 via the suction through-holes 41 of the packing member 4. A shared discharge path 50 is formed at a back face 5b side of the middle lid body 5 so as to be recessed, in which discharged fluids discharged from the pump chamber 20 join together and from which the fluid is pumped to the discharge cylinder 32 via the discharge through-holes 42 of the packing member 4.
