FIELD: medicine; immunology.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to immunology, and can be used to obtain a vaccine against herpes simplex virus (HSV). Drug comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a polypeptide comprising amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 2 or amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO. 2, wherein 1-20 amino acids are absent from N-terminus, C-terminus or both.
