The apparatus of the present invention can recycle fluidic substance, comprising: at least one first container installed with at least one touching plate and a heating device; at least one second container installed with at least one touching plate and a heating device; and at least one third container installed with at least one touching plate, which is connected to a spinning or rotary device.
