PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide arrangement of a radio base station and distributors such that the total feed power in the radio base station is suppressed while satisfying power required to be supplied to each antenna.SOLUTION: Installation positions of a plurality of antennas and input of feed power required for each antenna are received, the installation position of a radio transmitter-receiver which satisfies feed power required to be supplied to each of the plurality of antennas and in which the total value of feed power to the plurality of antennas is substantially minimized is obtained using an amount of power loss per unit length of wiring cables, and the installation positions of distributors are obtained such that the total value of the wiring loss from the installation positions of the antennas to the distributors and the distribution loss due to the distributors so as to substantially become equal to the total value of other antennas connected to the same distributors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
