The present invention relates to a siloxane polymer, and a resin composition comprising the siloxane polymer. The resin composition is useful as an encapsulant or a lens of a light emitting device. The siloxane polymer comprises: a repeat unit (a) represented by chemical formula 1; a repeat unit (b) represented by chemical formula 2; and at least one among a repeat unit (c) including an alkenylene group having 2-6 carbon atoms, and a repeat unit (d) including H-Si bonds.
