Disclosed is an apparatus to produce a minute particle such as a nanoparticle from a particle of an object material to be pulverized (for example, paint, cosmetic material, etc.) using an ultrasonic wave generated by a vibration plate which sprays the hydraulic pressure in a high pressure condition. A minute particle producing device using an ultrasonic wave according to the present invention includes: a raw material tank receiving the object material to be pulverized; a hydraulic pump discharging water in a high pressure condition; a pipe conduit transferring the high pressure water discharged from the hydraulic pump into the inside of the raw material tank; a nozzle spraying the high pressure water supplied through the pipe conduit; and a vibration plate producing the ultrasonic wave by the high pressure water sprayed from the nozzle. The object material to be pulverized and received in the raw material tank can be atomized by dispersing or pulverizing the object material using ultrasonic wave generated by the vibration plate. |
