The present invention relates to a pipe connection device and a pipe construction method using the same, capable of guaranteeing the reliability and convenience of device management by making simple and quick transfer and assembly operations for the construction of steel pipes or pipes to guide the flow of service water and sewage. The present invention includes: a body (100) including a pair of fork units (120) clamping the inner surface of a pipe by expanding in an inner frame body of which front side is opened, and assembled with the inside of a frame box assembled with upper, lower, left, and right frame panels, a pair of fingers (130) clamping the outer surface of the pipe while elevating, and a pair of elevating blocks elevating the fork units and the fingers at the same time as well as controlling a width distance; a gear box (200) assembled with the rear of the frame box (110) to be rotatable at a predetermined angle in left and right directions of the body, and including a connection member connected with an excavator; and a forward and backward cylinder assembled with the inside of the frame box (110) to be able to move forward and backward, and assembled with the rear surface of the frame box (110) while being connected with the inner frame body, equipped with the fork units and the fingers, through a rod in order to control the forward and backward movement of the whole inner frame through the operation of the rod.
