The present invention relates to an industrial or household hand cart having a double-story structure, which enables the loading of a large amount of articles by loading the articles on a loading plate composed of upper and lower plates, and enables a user to use the hand cart in an appropriate type according to necessity by enabling the loading of an article having a large size in an industrial site as the upper plate can be folded or separated through simple manipulation. Moreover, the present invention transfers multiple articles having a small size by attaching shopping bags for storage to the upper and lower plates. |
