PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor that is able to increase effective magnetic flux in the direction of a claw-like magnetic pole.SOLUTION: A rotor 21 comprises: first and second rotor cores 31, 32 in which, on the outer peripheral parts of first and second core bases 31a, 32a of substantially disk shape, first and second claw-like magnetic poles project at equal intervals on the radially outside and extend in an axial direction, and first and second claw-like magnetic poles are circumferentially alternately arranged while the first and second core bases 31a, 32a are disposed opposite each other; and a disk magnet 33 disposed between the first and second core bases 31a, 32a in the axial direction and configured such that a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole are formed in the axial direction, thereby causing the first claw-like magnetic pole to function as the first magnetic pole and the second claw-like magnetic pole as the second magnetic pole.
