PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily swing a photovoltaic power generation panel when an external force acts on the photovoltaic power generation panel, and to easily bring the photovoltaic power generation panel back to an original swing position when the external force no longer acts on the photovoltaic power generation panel.SOLUTION: An actuator (50) has a cylinder body (51); a piston (52) which is fitted in the cylinder body (51) in a slidable manner to partition inside the cylinder body (51) into first and second cylinder chambers (56, 57); and an output shaft (55) which swings a photovoltaic power generation panel (11) along with a movement of the piston (52). The cylinder body (51) is connected with first and second supply/exhaust passages (64, 65) which supplies and exhausts air into and from the first and second cylinder chambers (56, 57). The first and second supply/exhaust passages (64, 65) are connected with first and second chamber parts (66, 67) which can store air exhausted outside the cylinder body (51) along with the movement of the piston (52).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
