The present invention relates to an apparatus for improving water quality by spraying deep water which prevents water quality from being degraded caused by generation of water-bloom, etc., in lakes, reservoirs, or rivers. The apparatus for improving water quality cools the waterside by spraying low temperature deep water onto the waterside, and allows water to circulate and evaporate so as to improve the water quality and surrounding environments. The apparatus for improving water quality comprises: a buoyancy body floating on water surface around the waterside; a spray device which is fixed to the buoyancy body to spray water on the water surface around the waterside; a deep water supply pipe whose inlet is disposed underneath the center of a lake, reservoir, or river, and whose outlet is connected to the spray device; a pump which is connected to the inlet of the deep water supply pipe to introduce the deep water to the deep water supply pipe; and a distance maintenance means which maintains the distance between the buoyancy body and the waterside. |
