PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely correct the skew of a paper sheet fed from an upper paper feed part, in an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 100 includes an image forming part 61, the upper paper feed part, a paper discharge part 64, a first conveyance path R1, a second conveyance path R2, a third conveyance path R3, a pair of first resist rollers 62, and a pair of second resist rollers 63. The image forming part 61 forms an image on the paper sheet. The upper paper feed part is arranged above the image forming part 61. The paper discharge part 64 discharges the paper sheet. The first conveyance path R1 conveys the paper sheet from the upper paper feed part to the image forming part 61. The second conveyance path R2 guides the paper sheet to the image forming part 61, to make the paper sheet pass through. The third conveyance path R3 conveys the paper sheet to the paper discharge part 64. A pair of first resist rollers 62 correct the skew of the paper sheet fed from the upper paper feed part.
