PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication signal monitoring device and the like suitable for easily achieving analysis of analog communication signals in a communication line in addition to input of the analog communication signals.SOLUTION: A communication signal monitoring device 7 for analyzing an analog communication signal for communication in a communication path between a master device 3 and a plurality of slave devices 5 comprises a communication voltage processing unit 31 which processes the analog communication signal, and an identification information detecting unit 33 which detects identification information of the slave device 5 communicating with the master device 3. The communication voltage processing unit 31 comprises a communication voltage measuring unit 37 which measures a communication voltage of an analog communication signal, and a digital waveform signal generating unit 39 which detects rising and falling of the analog communication signal from the communication voltage measured by the communication voltage measuring unit 37, generates a digital waveform signal, and transmits it to the identification information detecting unit 33. The identification information detecting unit 33 further includes an identifying unit 47 which analyzes the digital waveform signal and identifies the identification information of the slave device 5 communicating with the master device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
