PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer amount regulating blade that can provide a sufficient electrical charge to toner, and suppresses a material from seeping from a blade member despite application of voltage.SOLUTION: There is provided a developer amount regulating blade 10 comprising at least a support member and a blade member that regulate the amount of a developer to be conveyed from a developer container by a developer carrier, where the blade member is composed of a thermoplastic elastomer composition including a block copolymer having a polyamide structure and a polyether structure and an ion conductive agent; the amount of an extraction component that is methyl isobutyl ketone in the blade member extracted as a solvent is 0.5 mass% or more and 2.4 mass% or less; the amount of a component having a molecular weight of 5000 or less in the extraction component is 70 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
