PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental vehicle management system for achieving cost reduction including the securing of a site and a bicycle parking device by adjusting the rental vehicle amounts of bicycle parking lots to be in desirable allocation.SOLUTION: A rental vehicle management system includes: electronic locks 500 mounted on rental vehicles 600; ports 300; a server 100; and terminals 400. Communication is performed by short-distance communication means among the electronic lock 500, the port 300, and the terminal 400. Communication is performed by using a public line between the port 300 and the server 100 and between the terminal 400 and the server 100. Users are divided into users and supporters. A charged vehicle rental service is provided to the users. A rental vehicle movement job is entrusted to the supporters. Both of the users and the supporters can unlock the electronic locks 500 by using the terminals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
